Multilayer- and 90° profiles in 1 run
Multilayer profiles can be assembled in a single run with a pre-programmed cycle, without any additional line setup. Because the profile remains stationary during assembly, the finished parts are simply lifted and the next layer is added on top. The pre-programmed cycle makes it easier for operators to run these type of profiles, as all steps, including intermediate changeovers, are performed by the Aluroller, without complex set-ups.On a conventional line, where the profile moves through the machine, each extra layer would require a separate pass and additional setup time.
The Aluroller Evo supports up to 9 layers or a maximum height of 39 cm in standard configuration, extendable to 50 cm for larger designs. Multilayer thermal break profiles are typically used in patio and sliding door systems and are becoming increasingly standard across the industry.

First time right
The Aluroller EVO produces perfectly straight, square profiles from the very first run — no trial runs, no scrap, no rework.
The secret is full clamping and continuous support throughout the entire crimping process. With 2 tons of beam closure pressure and four individually controlled crimping disc pairs, each independently adjustable in position and pressure, the profile simply cannot deform. Even the most complex geometries — 90°, multilayer, asymmetric — are assembled in a single continuous run.
Where conventional lines leave the profile unsupported, making deformation inherent to the process, the EVO’s adaptive rolling technology eliminates quality issues at the source. Every profile comes out straight, regardless of complexity.
