For even greater flexibility, it is also possible to combine coiled strips with pre-cut strips by using an additional integrated strip storage unit. This allows a single setup to handle mixed production requirements without interruption. Full integration with AluSoft means the decoiler automatically knows the exact strip length for each profile. No additional input or setup steps are needed from the operator. Once connected to the assembly machine, the system feeds and cuts strips to length in a continuous, fully automated cycle. When the next production batch does not require coiled strips, the decoiler can be quickly moved out of the way. It is designed on wheels for easy repositioning, so it never blocks access to the machine during other operations. In line with standard safety regulations, the decoiler is completely enclosed with protective fencing and equipped with safety scanners to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
