Fully in-line testing station

Our integrated saw is built for in-line testing. The moment a profile is flagged for testing, a pneumatic system brings the saw into position at the buffer table — exactly where the assembled profile sits. No fetching, no transfer, no detour to a separate cutting bench.

  • Synced with the assembly process. Profile gets flagged, saw gets in position to cut a piece for testing.
  • Inside your 156 m² footprint. Cutting and testing happen within the conveyor return zone. No workshop walks, no parallel test bench.
  • Retracts when done. After the cut, the unit moves back so profile evacuation continues uninterrupted.
  • In-line, not adjacent

ENGINEERED FOR SAFETY AND PRECISION

700mm blade, dual-axis clamping fully enclosed cut.

The saw is purpose-built for shear-test sampling. A 700mm blade handles thermal break profiles with up to 350mm in height. Horizontal and vertical clamps hold the profile firm during the cut. The protection hood lowers automatically before the blade engages — every cycle, fully enclosed from the start.

  • Particle evacuation built in. Every unit ships with an integrated dust extraction system. Most chips are vacuumed at the source.
  • 90° cuts only — by design. Shear-test samples don't need angle capability. Skipping mitre keeps the saw compact and the floor footprint smaller.
