Shear test according to the standard

Modern facade systems and large window units use thermal break profiles that exceed what standard testers can constrain. The T-Tester XL fully clamps both extrusions up to 300mm wide — so the shear happens perpendicular to the x-y axis, parallel to z-z’, every cycle. EN 14024 / French NF compliance without buckling, without compromise. All in-line with the Aluroller EVO.

A 7" touchscreen displays the force-vs-time C-curve as the test runs, exactly when and at what load the profile shears. Every cycle logs Force, Time, Speed and Distance, exportable to Excel via USB 2.0 or Ethernet. No paper logs, no transcription, no missing history.
