Turnkey Projects

Aluro delivers more than a thermal break assembly line; we deliver a complete production-ready solution. Every Aluroller EVO installation is fully turnkey, including profile programming, operator training, on-site installation and all required tooling to assemble your specific profiles from the very first day.

By the time our team leaves your facility, production has already begun. Training is conducted on your own profiles, with your own operators, on your own machine, so the learning curve and the production ramp-up happen simultaneously. When we hand over the keys, your team is confident, your machine is calibrated, and your line is running.

Thermal Break Hotline

Aluro engineers are available every working day, operating in two shifts to cover all global time zones. Whether you reach us by phone or e-mail, you are always talking to a specialist who knows your machine.

Every Aluroller EVO is equipped with a remote gateway, the Ewon, which sets up a VPN-connection voor secure data transmission via a 4G SIM card or ethernet connection, enabling our service team to connect remotely, diagnose, and intervene without delay, regardless of where your production facility is located.

Our way of working is pragmatic by nature. We assess each request on its own merits and act with the urgency the situation calls for. No bureaucracy, no unnecessary waiting, just the right response at the right time.

Design & Profile Testing

Bringing a new aluminum profile to market involves more than design, it requires confidence that the thermal break assembly process will perform as expected. Aluro offers a dedicated feasibility assessment service to evaluate new profile designs before they reach production. Our specialists analyse the design for potential technical challenges in the thermal break assembly process and provide concrete recommendations where optimisations are needed.

For profiles that require hands-on validation, our technology center is at your disposal. Using our in-house Aluroller EVO test machine, we offer assembly trials on new or existing profiles and record the results through shear strength and geometry testing. A documented test report is provided that gives you and your customers the technical evidence you need.

Operator training

Every new Aluro installation includes a comprehensive 2-week operator training as standard. Our dedicated team of thermal break assembly specialists works on-site with your operators to ensure they are fully confident and productive from day one.

Beyond the initial training, we remain your partner throughout the lifetime of your machine. Whether you are onboarding new operators or simply need a refresher, our specialists are available for additional training sessions on request. And whenever a quick answer is all you need, our thermal break service hot-line is there, reachable by phone or e-mail, ready to support you without delay.
