After 25 years, we upgraded the Aluroller with a new operating platform: AluSoft, a smart and intuitive platform designed for modern manufacturing environments.

Operator-friendly interface: clear visuals and intuitive navigation drastically reduce the learning curve for new operators.
Automated batch sequencing to minimize changeover time: AluSoft can now intelligently propose the optimal sequence of production batches. This automated planning logic significantly reduces changeover times by minimizing the number of logistical movements required at the machine. By clustering specific profiles or setup configurations, the system reduces machine adjustments and tool changes between jobs.
Visualized machine parts: all adjustable elements are visualised directly on-screen during changeovers or setups. To quickly translate on-screen settings to actual machine-parts.
Profile visualization: instead of abstract shapes, real profile representations are shown to improve comprehension and reduce mistakes.
Precision correction dial: allows tool adjustments in 0.1 mm increments, with tactile feedback so operators can keep focus on tool positions.

Built to complement AluSoft, Aluro IQ captures and visualizes production data in real-time in your browser, helping you manage performance, identify inefficiencies, and make better operational decisions.
Key Capabilities:
Real-time machine status: your control-room, instantly observe if the machine is producing, idle, or stopped - and why.
Live job tracking: know exactly what job the machine is working on and where it is in the process.
Production efficiency monitoring: compare day-by-day performance and long-term trends in an easy-to-read dashboard.
Downtime logging: when the machine stops, operators are prompted to select the reason - creating transparency on production losses.
Cycle and changeover time per profile type: Thanks to added metadata, the system recognizes profile types (e.g., asymmetric, 90°, multilayer) and calculates average performance per type.
Cost insight per profile: Use cycle data to estimate production costs at the profile level — essential when producing / assembling for third parties or pricing complex jobs.
