The centerpiece is the Aluroller EVO, our 3-in-1 thermal break machine, making its European trade fair debut. The EVO combines multiple process steps in a single concept, reducing handling and process variation to deliver consistent, first-time-right quality, even on complex geometries, while keeping profiles within tight tolerances. A complete line runs with just two operators, meaning more output without adding headcount.
Live at the stand, we will demonstrate the integrated T-tester and geometry scan, showing how key parameters can be verified early to reduce scrap during setup and production.
Alongside the EVO, we will present Aluro IQ, our production intelligence system for real-time insight into performance and quality trends, and AluSoft, our new operating platform that brings machine control and data management together in one clear environment.
