The Aluroller is very dependable equipment with very minimal downtime and produces precision quality parts. And if there ever is a question, Aluro is always on top with a quick response!
Bill Cene, Plant Manager: "Buying an equipment for thermal break assembly is not a process that’s quick and easy. Astro Shapes Inc. put a lot of energy in reviewing different solutions and providers, before going ahead with Aluro and its Aluroller. After all, we always want to work with the best materials, the best products and the best partners. Therefore, finding a partner that has a strong background in the development of solutions and machines was an important aspect in our decision process. We wanted to make sure that we would get an equipment that we could use and that would work well in our organization.
Did you know that Astro Shapes Inc. was the first company in the US to acquire an Aluroller? So you could say we were a pioneer!
After a visit to Aluro in Belgium, and a visit from Chris with us in Struthers, OH, we made our decision to go ahead with the Aluroller. We were glad to see that the installation went very well: it took about a week to fully install the equipment. After receiving the initial training, it was up to us to get the most out of this new equipment. The initial learning was quite steep in the first year, however we are now running the Aluroller 3 shifts a day, 7 days a week! Which brings us to the most important element of the Aluroller: it is very dependable equipment with very minimal downtime and produces precision quality parts. And if there ever is a question, Aluro is always on top with a quick response!
Altogether, it’s a very positive experience that we’ve had, both with Aluro as a company and with the Aluroller as an equipment."
